I had a bear of a time getting into this suit. I purchased a size 12, my usual size, but it appears to run at least two sizes smaller. If you are flexible and like to wear your suits as tight as possible, this may be the swimsuit for you. In my case, I donated this suit to a small friend then purchased a very similar suit in color and design: Speedo's "Spliced Keyhole Endurance" suit, which is much easier to pull on due in part to the different design of the back straps and because it isn't cut as tight (I purchased a 14 instead of a 12 and find that it is a bit large).

I've read all these reviews and have to add my two cents. I've worn these suits: Nike, Tyr, and Speedo for 12 years. Of these brands, Speedo has always lasted longer than any other suit: more durable fabric which keeps it's elasticity and colors stand up over YEARS. (I wash suits in the machine and sometimes they go in dryer too~ rinse them after using) I'm in a pool 5-6 times each week.That said: Haven't bought a Speedo suit in 8 years(I still have some). They make me look so flat. Not attractive for a woman. I'm an A cup, 5'6" bout 135, long torso. Wear a 6 in street clothes/dresses. As said in the other reviews yes~it runs small so I got a 38. It's comfortable, not high on the leg and I could probably wear a 40. This hydro bra thing is great! Kindof like a built in sports bra. Nothing cumbersome. Add that to the seaming and this is one unusually flattering and girly one-piece suit. Nike has suits with built in bras and the bra part breaks down VERY quickly. Then the padding starts scrunching up and looking lumpy, if you know what I mean...Just order it a little bigger. I'm not sure about anyone with a large chest being happy in this suit~would likely be a tight fit.

Ordered per Speedo directions, I realize that speedos are to be snug and form fitting in order to create less drag while swimming, but did not realize just how HIGH the leg openings come up. If you have "love handles" they are going to fall out under the leg openings, and there is no tugging it down to cover yourself more. This is the BAYWATCH style suit - if you are modest, this is NOT the suit for you.
